CASE REPORT – Dott. Luciano DESIDERI (RM)

Full upper arch resolution, after extraction of full compromised elements we have wait few months for starting the rayset implant system (Biaggini Medical Devices). Here the easy description of job 

sequence.

The RaySet parameters after developed a virtual plan with Implant 3D software, 

I find in my city many RaySet labs , it’s quality job is very good, the system is safe with it’s verify system build inside. i recommend to find always a local lab for supervise the procedure and without the stent verify never do any surgery….

Surgery time, starting …..always better check the stent stability before anesthesia, in that case it was very very good, i don’t used any anchor pins.

A classic burs procedure: define implant lengh( with automatic stop, never measure anything)and enlange the alveolus according with the project or your idea..

The implant screw on, EXACTA implant have often a big big stability, it’s twist are aggressive and powerful …here we have had 45 Nm .

The checkout OPT confirm perfectly the software plan, i don’t like do an immediate load…thanks to rayset service point for precious help.
